Lesley Marshall

Was born in England. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from London University and a Master’s Degree in Religious Education from The International Bible Institute and Seminary in Florida. Prior to moving to Zimbabwe in 1984 she taught in London where she was teacher in charge of an assessment centre for disturbed and difficult children. After moving to Zimbabwe she lectured at a Bible College training local pastors, was involved in leadership training in Mozambique, Zambia, Tanzania & Nigeria, and assisted with the oversight of a national home-schooling educational programme. She has been Resident Director of Montgomery Heights since 1998 and is also Senior Pastor of Voice of Triumph Community Church which meets at the home. Lesley is an experienced counsellor, a gifted communicator & Bible teacher and her ‘maternal care’ extends to all of the Montgomery staff & VOT church family as well as to the children.
