Lesley Marshall Director of Montgomery Heights
She has been Resident Director of Montgomery Heights since 1998 and is also Senior Pastor of Voice of Triumph Community Church which meets at the home. Lesley is an experienced counsellor, a gifted communicator & Bible teacher.

Fiona Bunford Resident Nurse
Was born in England where she trained as a Registered General Nurse at the Middlesex Hospital. Prior to moving to Zimbabwe in 2000 she worked in a variety of nursing settings in England and in a children’s AIDs hospice in Romania.

Danniel Ngwenya Pastor and Youth Leader
Was born in Zimbabwe and studied at Domboshawa House Theological College in Harare from where he holds a Diploma in Pastoral Studies. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology & Religious Studies from the Zimbabwe Open University.

Bridget Ngwenya Pre school Teacher and Youth Leader
Was born in Zimbabwe and studied at the University of Zimbabwe from where she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology. Bridget teaches the on-site pre-school children and oversees the primary & secondary school children’s after-school learning.
